● 1 litro de aceite de oliva
● 1 kilo de buenas patatas (que no sean harinosas ni viejas)
● Sal

|
Paso 1: Pelar las patatas, cortarlas finas del mismo tamao, lavarlas bien y dejarlas a remojo una media hora en agua fra. Por ltimo, secarlas muy bien con un pao.
Paso 2: Utilizar un sartn honda o freidora. Echar el aceite de oliva. Dejar calentar. Poner la patatas poco a poco en el aceite caliente y frerlas hasta que estn doraditas. Removerlas de vez en cuando.
Paso 3: Poner las patatas fritas en un escurridor y espolvorearlas con sal muy fina.
